Once an order is placed, our team begins production on your custom neon sign. The typical production time is between 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, your order will be shipped.

We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of the neon sign. You will be notified of the shipping cost at checkout.
Delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• Expedited: 3-7 business days.
• Regular: 7-14 business days.
