All Illumineon products are custom-made. Standard orders take 4-7 weeks for production and delivery. Rush orders take 2-3 weeks. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance or other issues outside our control.

Shop Signs and Products: Payment is taken at the time of purchase through PayPal or major credit cards.
Create Your Own Neon Signs: For custom designs made using our online tool, payment is also taken at the time of purchase.
Bespoke Signs Designed by Us: Full payment is required before production starts. After you approve the design, we will send an invoice, payable through PayPal or credit card.
